    ZSD & TS Series Linear Vibrating Screen (Dewatering / Classification)

    The ZSD & TS Series Linear Vibrating Screen is a high-efficiency and versatile screening solution widely used in mining, coal processing, building materials, chemical, and other industrial sectors. Designed for continuous and stable operation, this equipment plays a critical role in modern processing lines where precise particle size separation, dewatering, desliming, or dense-medium recovery is required.

    This series adopts a classic and proven linear vibration working principle. Two synchronized vibration motors rotate in opposite directions to generate a single, directional linear excitation force. Under this force, the screen box drives the screen surface to perform linear jumping motion. Materials are thrown upward and forward in a parabolic trajectory, ensuring smooth material flow, uniform distribution, and sufficient contact with the screening surface. This motion enables efficient separation of both dry and wet materials with high accuracy.

    As a core classification and dewatering device in modern production systems, the ZSD & TS Series Linear Vibrating Screen ensures stable product quality by effectively separating materials according to particle size and moisture content.     Main Structure

    Screen Box
    The screen box is the main load-bearing structure, composed of side plates, cross beams, and reinforced structural components. It is designed with sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand long-term vibration loads while maintaining structural stability. All welded parts form an integrated rigid body to ensure reliable performance under heavy-duty working conditions.

    Screen Deck / Screen Panels
    The screen deck is the core working component of the equipment. Depending on application requirements, it can be equipped with woven wire mesh, polyurethane screen panels, or welded screen plates. Different aperture sizes and materials can be selected according to material characteristics. Single-layer or multi-layer configurations (typically 2–4 layers) are available to meet various classification demands.

    Vibration Motors / Exciters
    The vibration system usually consists of two vibration motors symmetrically mounted on both sides or above the screen box. Through synchronized reverse rotation, a stable linear excitation force is generated. This configuration ensures consistent vibration direction, stable amplitude, and reliable screening performance.

    Damping System
    The damping system supports the entire screen box and isolates vibration from the foundation. Steel coil springs, rubber springs, or composite spring systems can be selected according to operating conditions. The damping system performs three key functions: supporting the screen body weight, allowing sufficient vertical vibration amplitude, and effectively reducing vibration transmission to the supporting structure.

    Supporting Base
    The supporting base fixes the damping springs and connects the equipment to the foundation, ensuring overall stability and safe operation.
