    System Configuration and Working Principle

    The LSYT Series consists of two main functional sections: the front-end wheel washing unit and the rear-end fine sand recovery and dewatering unit.

    1. Wheel Sand Washing Unit

    The front section operates similarly to a conventional wheel sand washer. Raw sand enters the washing tank, where the rotating wheel agitates and tumbles the material. Under the combined action of mechanical agitation and water flow, clay, silt, and surface impurities are effectively removed.     High-Frequency Dewatering Screen

    Return Chute and Mixing System
