Process Flow Description
Primary Crushing and Screening
Raw materials are transported by dump trucks to the primary crushing
workshop. The workshop is equipped with one ZSW
Series Vibrating Feeder and one VC Series
European Type Jaw Crusher. After crushing, the material is transferred
to the screening section. Qualified aggregates are conveyed by belt conveyors
to the finished product stockpiles for separate storage, while material larger
than 31.5 mm is directed to the secondary
crushing workshop.
Secondary Crushing and Circulation
The secondary crushing workshop is equipped with one VSG Series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.
After secondary crushing, the material is returned to the screening section to
form a closed-circuit crushing process, ensuring stable product quality and
controlled particle size distribution.
