Process Flow Description
Primary Crushing Stage
Raw materials are transported by dump trucks from the stockyard to the
primary crushing workshop. The workshop is equipped with one ZSW Series
Vibrating Feeder and one PES Series Deep Cavity Jaw Crusher. After primary
crushing, the material is conveyed by belt conveyor to the secondary crushing
workshop.
Secondary Crushing Stage
The secondary crushing workshop is equipped with one VPF Series Impact
Crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed material is then conveyed by belt
conveyor to the first screening workshop.
First Screening Stage
The first screening workshop is equipped with one double-deck YKR Series
Circular Vibrating Screen. Materials larger than 31.5
mm are conveyed to the fine crushing workshop, which is equipped with
one VBF Series Impact Crusher for fine crushing.
Second Screening – Option 1
Materials smaller than 31.5 mm can
be directly conveyed by belt conveyor to the second screening workshop. The
second screening workshop is equipped with two triple-deck YKR Series Circular
Vibrating Screens, which separate finished aggregates of 0–4.75 mm, 4.75–9.5 mm, and 9.5–16 mm, and
convey them to the finished product stockpiles.
Shaping & Sand Making – Option 2
Alternatively, part of the materials smaller than 31.5 mm can be sent to the shaping and
sand-making workshop. This workshop is equipped with one VB Series Vertical
Shaft Impact Crusher for aggregate shaping and sand production. The processed
material is then returned to the second screening workshop for classification.
Qualified high-quality aggregates are conveyed to the finished product
stockpiles, while part of the finished material can be recycled back to the
shaping workshop to further optimize aggregate gradation.
Environmental Protection System
The entire production line is equipped with pulse dust collectors to
effectively control dust emissions and meet local environmental protection
requirements.
