Process Description
Primary Crushing
Raw material is transported by dump trucks from the
stockyard to the primary crushing hopper.
The material is fed by a ZSW series vibrating feeder into a PES series
deep-cavity jaw crusher for primary crushing.
The crushed material (≤150 mm) is conveyed by belt conveyors to the
intermediate stockpile for storage.
Intermediate
Feeding
A feeding tunnel is installed beneath the intermediate
stockpile.
Three GZG series variable-frequency vibrating feeders are
arranged in the tunnel to continuously feed material into the secondary
crushing workshop.
Secondary
Crushing
The secondary crushing workshop is equipped with one VPF series
impact crusher.
After secondary crushing, the material is transferred to the
screening workshop for classification.
Screening
and Circulation
The screening workshop is equipped with two
three-deck YKR series circular vibrating screens.
The screen mesh configurations are:
5 mm, 10 mm, 19.5 mm
5 mm, 10 mm, 32 mm
Material larger than 31.5 mm is returned to the
secondary crushing workshop for closed-circuit crushing.
Qualified products are conveyed to the finished product
stockpiles.
Part of the 4.75–9.5 mm and 9.5–19.1 mm material is diverted to the fine crushing
section for sand making.
Fine
Crushing (Sand Making)
The fine crushing workshop is equipped with one GZG series
variable-frequency vibrating feeder and one VB series
vertical shaft impact crusher (VSI).
After fine crushing, the material is returned to the screening
workshop for closed-circuit processing.
Environmental
Protection
The entire production line is equipped with a pulse dust
collection system to meet local environmental protection requirements.
