About Us
Diabase material with a feed size of 20–40 mm is conveyed by belt conveyors to the VB Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher for sand making and particle shaping. After crushing and shaping, the material is transferred to the screening workshop.
The screening workshop is equipped with one triple-deck YKR Series circular vibrating screen, which separates the material into 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–20 mm finished aggregate products. These products are conveyed to the finished product stockpiles for separate storage. Material larger than 20 mm is returned to the vertical shaft impact crusher to form a closed-circuit sand making and shaping process.
