Production Process Overview
Raw Material Feeding & Primary Crushing
Andesite raw material is delivered from the quarry area to the feeding platform by dump trucks and discharged into the receiving hopper of the primary crushing section. The hopper is fitted with a ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder, which ensures stable and continuous feeding to the PES Series Jaw Crusher. After primary crushing, the material size is reduced to below 150 mm and transferred to the secondary crushing section via belt conveyors.
Secondary Crushing and Classification
The secondary crushing section is equipped with two FSH Series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers with M-type chambers, providing efficient reduction for hard and abrasive andesite. Crushed material is then directed to the first screening section for size classification.
First Screening and Material Routing
Two triple-deck YKR Series circular vibrating screensare installed in the first screening section.
Oversize material exceeding 31.5 mm is automatically returned to the secondary crushing stage for further reduction.
One screening unit produces 9.5–16 mm and 16–31.5 mm finished aggregates, which are conveyed directly to stockpiles.
The second screening unit extracts 9.5–16 mm finished aggregates, while material sized 16–31.5 mmis transferred to the fine crushing stage.
Fine Crushing and Closed-Circuit Operation
The fine crushing section utilizes one FSH Series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher with an F-type chamber. This crusher operates in closed circuit with the screening system, ensuring consistent particle shape and controlled final size distribution.

Secondary Screening for Fine Aggregates
Material smaller than 9.5 mm from the first screening stage enters the secondary screening section. Two double-deck YKR Series circular vibrating screens separate the material into 0–3 mm, 3–4.75 mm, and 4.75–9.5 mmaggregate products. Each size fraction is conveyed to designated stockpiles for independent storage.
