The FSH Series Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a high-end crushing solution specifically developed for extremely harsh operating conditions. Designed for medium and fine crushing applications, this series represents the advanced level of modern cone crusher technology and is widely regarded as an ultimate solution for crushing hard and highly abrasive materials.
By adopting multiple hydraulic cylinders evenly distributed around the main frame, the FSH Series achieves significantly higher crushing force, superior operational stability, and precise control over product size and particle shape. Its core design philosophy is based on laminated crushing combined with full hydraulic adjustment and protection, ensuring reliable performance and consistent product quality even under extreme conditions such as ultra-high hardness, high abrasiveness, and continuous heavy-duty operation.
Integrating mechanical engineering, hydraulic systems, electrical control, and intelligent automation, the FSH Series is an ideal choice for large-scale granite and basalt aggregate production lines as well as fine crushing operations in metal mines where efficiency, reliability, and product quality are critical.

The FSH Series Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher features a robust and rational structure designed for long-term, stable operation:
Lower Frame
The lower frame serves as the main base of the machine, providing strong support for all core components and ensuring structural rigidity under high crushing loads.
Upper Frame
Fixed securely to the lower frame, the upper frame forms the main body of the crusher and supports the crushing chamber and hydraulic systems.
Moving Cone Assembly
Comprising the moving cone body and the main shaft, this assembly is the core dynamic component. Driven by the eccentric system, it performs the rotary and swinging motion necessary for crushing.
Fixed Cone Assembly
Including the concave liner and adjustment ring, the fixed cone forms the stationary side of the crushing chamber and works in combination with the moving cone to achieve laminated crushing.
Eccentric Assembly
Driven by the motor, the eccentric sleeve generates the swinging motion of the moving cone, allowing continuous compression and crushing of the material.
Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic System
This is the most fundamental distinction between multi-cylinder and single-cylinder cone crushers. Typically equipped with 4 to 6 hydraulic cylinders evenly arranged around the main frame, the system connects the upper frame and the adjustment ring and performs two critical functions:
Discharge Opening Adjustment and Locking
The synchronized movement of multiple hydraulic cylinders raises or lowers the adjustment ring, accurately controlling the position of the fixed cone. This allows precise adjustment of the discharge opening while providing powerful mechanical locking to maintain crushing chamber stability.
Overload and Tramp Iron Protection
When uncrushable materials enter the chamber, hydraulic pressure increases instantly. The cylinders release pressure simultaneously, allowing the adjustment ring and fixed cone to retreat and enlarge the discharge opening to discharge the foreign material. Afterward, the system automatically resets to its original position.
Lubrication and Electrical Control System
An advanced forced lubrication system and intelligent electrical control system ensure that all components operate under optimal conditions, extending service life and improving overall reliability.
The FSH Series Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is specifically designed for the most demanding crushing applications:
Ultra-Hard Aggregate Production
It is ideally suited for fine crushing and shaping of granite, basalt, and river stone, producing high-quality aggregates required for premium concrete and asphalt mixing plants, such as 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–20 mm aggregates with excellent particle shape.
Metal Mining Industry
Used for fine crushing after secondary crushing stages, the FSH Series provides finer and more uniform feed for grinding circuits. This supports the “more crushing, less grinding” process concept, significantly reducing overall energy consumption in mineral processing plants.
Large Hydropower Projects and High-Grade Concrete Plants
As a core fine crushing unit, the FSH Series ensures that aggregate shape and grading meet the most stringent industry standards required for large infrastructure projects.
Applicable Materials
Extremely hard and highly abrasive materials, making it a powerful solution for challenging crushing environments.
High Crushing Force and Large Capacity
The multi-cylinder structure provides higher mechanical locking force and crushing force, enabling efficient processing of extremely hard materials with high throughput and excellent passability.
Excellent Product Shape
Strong laminated crushing effects and stable chamber design ensure uniform and sufficient crushing. The produced aggregates are cubical in shape with very low needle and flake content, meeting high-quality aggregate requirements.
Stable Operation and High Reliability
Even distribution of hydraulic cylinders results in balanced forces, smoother operation, reduced vibration and noise, and extended overall service life.
Outstanding Overload Protection
The synchronized response of multiple hydraulic cylinders ensures fast and reliable tramp iron discharge, minimizing impact on key components such as the main shaft and frame.
High Level of Automation
Equipped with an advanced automatic control system, the FSH Series supports constant chamber control, automatic feed regulation, fault diagnosis, and alarm functions, enabling intelligent and unmanned operation.
