Primary Crushing Stage

Raw materials are transported by dump trucks from the stockyard to the primary crushing workshop. The workshop is equipped with one ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder and one VC Series European Type Jaw Crusher. After primary crushing, the material is conveyed by belt conveyor to the secondary crushing workshop.

Secondary Crushing Stage
The secondary crushing workshop is equipped with one FSH Series Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher. After secondary crushing, the material is conveyed by belt conveyor to the screening workshop.

Screening Stage
The screening workshop is equipped with one double-deck YKR Series Circular Vibrating Screen. Finished aggregates of 0–10 mm and 10–30 mm are screened out and conveyed by belt conveyor to the finished product stockpiles. Materials larger than 30 mm are returned to the secondary crushing workshop for closed-circuit crushing.
