Process Description
Material Receiving and Manual Pre-sorting
Raw materials are transported by dump trucks to an enclosed unloading
workshop. After unloading, the materials are conveyed to a manual sorting
platform, where bulky domestic waste, plastic containers, wood, and other
visible impurities are removed.

Primary Crushing
The pre-sorted material is fed by the ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder into the VC Series European-Type Jaw Crusher for primary crushing.

Secondary Crushing and Primary Screening
The crushed material passes through a primary magnetic separation unit to recover reinforcing steel bars, steel wires, and other ferrous metals. The material then enters the VPF Series Impact Crusher for secondary crushing and is subsequently screened by the YKR Series Circular Vibrating Screen.
Secondary Separation and Sand Production
Screened material undergoes secondary magnetic separation to further
recover metallic materials, followed by a light material separation process to
remove plastics, paper, wood chips, and other lightweight impurities.
Qualified aggregates are conveyed by belt conveyors to the finished product
stockpile. Remaining material is sent to the PLF
Vertical Compound Crusher for sand production and forms a closed-circuit
system with the secondary YKR Series Circular
Vibrating Screen. The qualified manufactured sand is conveyed to the
finished sand stockpile by belt conveyors.

Environmental Control and Automation
The entire production line is equipped with a pulse jet dust collection system to meet environmental protection requirements. An intelligent control systemis adopted to reduce operating personnel and operating costs while ensuring stable and efficient operation.
